After cease-fire collapses, warplanes hammer Aleppo

After a cease-fire collapsed in Syria, Russian and Syrian warplanes have been hammering Syria's largest city, Aleppo. The head of the United Nations said he is appalled by the "chilling" upsurge in attacks and warned the use of certain bombs against civilians may amount to war crimes.
